Booking and cancellation policy
Please note that ALL treatments are given an allotted time. When you book your appointment the time allocated has been given wholly to you for your treatment.
All treatments over 60 minutes in duration require full payment when booking is made to secure the appointment. Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment, are kindly requested to provide 48 hours notice for a full refund to be available. Clients that miss or cancel their appointments without the required notice three times or more will unfortunately be required to make full payment at time of booking for all treatments booked regardless of treatment time. Amendments to booking times and treatments need 48 hours notice or full payment will be taken on the day.
If you have paid for your appointment in advance, including online, you will be required to give the full 48 hours notice for a full refund or to rearrange your appointment to another time.
Lateness
We regret that it may be necessary to shorten the length of your treatment by the time you are late. If however you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we will treat this as a cancellation and charge for the treatment booked.
If your therapist has the time available to perform your full treatment if you do arrive late she will gladly be happy to continue the whole treatment. Please call us if you are running slightly late.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express (AMEX)
We are unable to accept cheques and out of date gift certificates.
All courses must be completed within 1 year of purchase date and will NOT BE REFUNDABLE after this time.
Prices and opening times are correct at the time of going to print but are subject to variation without notice.
All treatment times shown are an approximation and are subject to slight variation.
